This policy explains what information City and Aisle (“we”, “us”) collects when you use cityandaisle.com, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, and we do not sell any of it.
What we collect
Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address and message you send. We use it only to reply to you and to act on corrections. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
Cookies and analytics. We may use analytics tools to understand which pages are useful, and advertising partners may set cookies to show ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Advertising
The site is supported by advertising. Ad partners such as Google may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising from Google at adssettings.google.com.
Embedded content
Venue pages embed Google Maps to show locations. When a page with an embedded map loads, Google may collect data as described in its own privacy policy, in the same way as if you had visited Google Maps directly.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not pass your contact details to venues or to anyone else as a lead. We do not run accounts, so we hold no passwords or profiles for visitors.
Data retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle them. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider according to their own schedule.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you, such as a contact message you sent. Email contact@cityandaisle.com and we will handle it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
