What stands out

Two separate ballrooms in one community. The Lakes at 19251 N Westbrook Parkway holds up to 300 and is the larger room. The Vistas at 18825 N Country Club Parkway holds up to 250 for a reception and 150 for a ceremony either indoors or out. Both come with a full kitchen, dressing areas, a parquet dance floor, stage, tables, chairs, valet parking, security and setup, which is a lot of infrastructure for under 2,200 dollars.

What to watch for

The two rooms have different rules and it matters. Music must end at 10pm at the Lakes but midnight at the Vistas, and the Vistas allows amplified sound indoors only. Both require approved outside caterers and a licensed bartender for any alcohol you bring, so budget for those separately. Decorations need approval and rice, birdseed and confetti are banned. This is an age restricted residential community, so confirm guest access and parking rules in writing.

What couples report

Published wedding feedback for either ballroom is limited, so there is little independent evidence about how days run here. What is verifiable and unusual is the value: a six hour rental of a 250 to 300 guest ballroom with kitchen, dance floor, security and valet for a low four figure sum. The cost you cannot see in that number is the caterer and bar you have to arrange yourself.
