Large, budget led weddings between September and May, especially if you want to bring in your own caterer.

What stands out

Nothing else in Casa Grande comes close on size or price. The Main Hall is 30,000 square feet and takes 1,000 people, and it splits in half or in thirds. There is also a 105 by 157 foot Fountain Lawn for outdoor ceremonies, an outdoor bar area called The Cantina for 75, a barn and a rodeo arena. Tables, chairs and a wicker wedding arch come with the rental.

What to watch for

The summer closure is the thing that catches people out. Buildings do not rent from the end of May through August because they have no air conditioning, and the only exception is Building Three, which is climate controlled and holds 100. A July wedding here is capped at about 100 people in one small room. Alcohol is strictly in house, with no outside drinks even if you cater the food yourself, and all events must finish by 11:59pm. The site sits at Eleven Mile Corner, east of Casa Grande proper, so tell guests it is a drive out of town.

What couples report

There are effectively two wedding reviews for this venue anywhere and they contradict each other, a 5.0 on WeddingWire and a 1.0 on The Knot, each from a single reviewer. Everything else describes the county fair, the gourd festival or a craft booth. Tripadvisor sits at about 4.4 across roughly 17 reviews, and those praise clean grounds, easy free parking and strong event programming, with complaints about concession pricing and dust. None of that tells you what getting married here is like.

Commonly praised

  • The Main Hall takes up to 1,000, far more than anywhere else here
  • A published starting site fee of 545 dollars, the lowest in the city
  • Tables and chairs included and counted to your guest list
  • You can bring your own food or bring in a caterer

Recurring complaints

  • Buildings have no air conditioning and do not rent from late May to August
  • No outside alcohol at all, even when you bring your own caterer
  • The review record is fair goers and craft vendors, not couples
