What to watch for

The property was formerly the Holiday Inn Casa Grande and has been remodelling while open, and guest reviews from that period are hard on cleanliness and staff training. The events side runs separately from the hotel side, so ask to see the ballroom and the patio in person, and ask specifically about outside food, because the events FAQ has a heading for it that we could not read. The events email address is printed two different ways on their own site, so confirm it before sending a deposit.

What couples report

Tripadvisor shows about 3.9 across roughly 412 reviews and Choice Hotels about 3.5 across roughly 386, but nearly all of that is hotel guests rather than couples. It is not listed on The Knot, WeddingWire or Zola. A small handful of Tripadvisor reviews do describe weddings and receptions held here and speak well of them, with one calling it the best reception option in Casa Grande, but that is a few reviews inside a 412 review hotel record.
